Great place to live. The manager Lynn is absolutely amazing. She is always nice and very helpful ,and will work with you depending on your situation. The apartments range from 1 to 2 bedrooms first or second floor. They have free heat and free water. You pay for electric. And it's not that bad. Rent is cheap. And income based. I have been here for 5 years and never had a problem.

I have been a resident of this community for over 5 years. I enjoy living in my quiet apartment. The manager Lynn is absolutely fantastic and has and is doing a fantastic job. I hate to see comments like the one I did below. Especially when it's coming from someone like Donna Gould. She is the most horrible person ever. Her and her husband James Gould make life for the people around them difficult. I have witnessed them both on multiple occasions get into it with people in screaming matches that they start. She treats all her neighbors horribly and has had the cops called on her and her husband multiple times. She has nothing better to do than to sit in her apartment and stir things up. She calls the cops on people for false accusations so much that the police told her they would arrest her is she continued to do so. Her and her husband harassed their upstairs neighbor so bad that he had to move, they were constantly banging on his door and threatening him and had had it when they started being racist and was screaming profanity and calling him the N word and had to move out of the apartment for his own safety and mental well being. This woman and her husband are out of their minds. Don't believe a word she says. Never in my life have I met someone that is as horrible as Donna Gould. The lies are unreal. Who would even do such a thing to someone. Spreading all these rumors and calling the cops with fake complaints. It's appalling. Lynn goes above and beyond for absolutely everyone. And she does a fantastic job.
